I great company and people. I replaced an old Rheem system with a new two stage Rheem system. Five days later on a cold Sunday morning the second stage of the compressor died. A tech was at my house within 50 minutes of my early morning call and an hour later I had heat. Three days later, with no pushing on my part, I had a new unit installed and working. No company can control a factory defect but they can control what happens after the problem. I could not have asked for a better or faster response. Great price, great service, great people.
